Health and Well-being
Yordas encourages health and well-being in a number of ways. We have a well-being working group whose remit is to build and continuously add to a holistic well-being programme that underpins our well-being strategy. Many of the benefits the staff receive today are due to the proposals successfully submitted by the working group.
Other health initiatives include a health benefits programme (in our North American office), gym memberships, and cycle schemes. Healthy snacks are always available to staff in our offices. Yordas is also committed to undertaking eco-projects that benefit both our employees and the earth, such as recycling and composting schemes. Again, these have often been employee led and we are open to new ideas.

We have a positive and nurturing Career Progression Structure and Framework, which allows you to understand and visualise your ambitions and how to achieve them. We offer various career development options within Yordas, such as job rotation. Social Culture
At Yordas we enjoy a full and varied social scene, with events throughout the year. From simple ‘brown bag’ lunches to holiday dinners, our events recognise that your colleagues are also your friends and help to build our team. Our social working group runs a wide range of sporting and social events, such as orienteering, badminton, bowling and quizzes. We are always open to new ideas and ventures.
